Product Condition: All TVs are used or refurbished. Each unit has been tested and is fully functional at the time of sale.

No New Products: We do not sell brand-new TVs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your TV is not new.

Cosmetic Condition: Used items may show signs of wear, such as scratches or scuffs, which do not affect functionality.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

60-Day Limited Warranty

Coverage Duration:
This warranty is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:
During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) any TV that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please:

Resolution Timeframe:
Most warranty claims are resolved within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Additional Notes:

It applies only to original purchasers. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims: In case of a fault, we will first attempt to replace the TV with a similar model. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Returns: Returns are accepted only within the 60-day warranty period and only for functional issues. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
